It is the third installment in the Watch Dogs series and the sequel to 2016's Watch Dogs 2. I had that issue when I played Assassin's Creed Origin / Odyssey on Uplay+ and then decide to go for standard edition.Watch Dogs: Legion is a 2020 action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Toronto and published by Ubisoft. You always have to purchasing the Edition that you used on Uplay or start a new save. Important note: if you do start with a Uplay+ Game, you save file will include the Uplay+ content, meaning that if you use season pass or Ultimate Edition content, you cannot continue that save when buying a standard edition. If you never tried Uplay+, maybe they still have a free trial, that may be the best for you.
However I went back to purchasing since I always had a weird feeling when I wasn't playing Ubisoft games but other steam games since it feels like I was wasting money when I'm not playing. But if you are open to other games as well, you can play Legion and AC Valhalla, two new Games are basically worth 8 month of Uplay+ and during this time there may be season pass content for both games that you also don't have to pay and maybe other new games that you like. if you only get it for Legion and plan to play legion for a long time with friends later, then a standard purchase may be better. I guess it depends on how fast you play games and how many Ubisoft games you want to try. Also, what would you guys do? Will you buy the full game immediately or is the UPLAY+ option worth it? I know the downside of the subscription option is that paying for the game monthly might mean, that after like 3 months I would have paid more than I would just buying the game. That's why I wanted to make sure if it actually works like that - so I will able to play Watch Dogs: Legion 3 days before it even comes out, and I will get the full game for the 60 zł a month. interesting that they let you play the game for much less than if you were to purchase it.
It costs 60 zł (about 14 Euro) a month, and the cheapest option to get WD: Legion right now is to buy it for about 260 zł (about 60 euro). So basically I noticed that there is the option to get Watch Dogs: Legion (plus like a 100 other games) buy subscribing/buying the UPLAY+ thing. I wanted to make this post about the thing I recently learned about and need some advice/confirmation.
